Changed your mind? You can cancel or change your order for as long as your order has not been prepared yet for ship out. To do so, please contact us immediately and we will surely do our best to help. 

However, if your order has been prepared yet and scheduled for shipping, we regret to inform you that we can’t change or cancel it anymore. In this case, you may return your order.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the shipped order along with a tracking number and link for you to track your order anytime.

No, we only ship within Europe only for now.

There is an included electric pump that you can use to easily inflate and deflate The AIROSTAR so the setting up and packing up should only take a few minutes. 

Airtrack is an air filled gymnastics and tumbling mat for indoor and outdoor use. It resembles the flexible floor used in gymnastics and it can also be used for cheerleading, parkour, tricking and all kinds of jumps and flips. Feel free to do higher jumps, tumblings and other extreme physical activities as its surface material prevents slippage and ensures safe falls.

We offer 5-year warranty for all our products. Yes, That’s correct. We offer the longest warranty because our products are almost entirely hand-made!

 It is advisable to contact us before returning, so as to avoid confusion with the return process and to keep track of its status.

 It may take about 1 week to process once the returned item reaches us. Additional delays may occur. Don’t worry, we will send you an email confirmation when your return has been successfully processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

All products excluding the AirTrack PRO STAR WIDE due it's weight. 

Got a problem with your order? No worries! We have a 30 day return policy at AIROSTAR. If any issues arise during that period, the item can be returned for a refund. Bear in mind though, that the Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Also, Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.
